Sacks Dynamic Operations
From the private cask collection of SDO Imports, a stellar bourbon barrel-aged Craigellachie served as the starting point for what SDO owner Howard Sacks refers to as “the small barrel project.” The next step involved sourcing unique ex-bourbon and ex-rye octaves to experiment with flavor profiles and maturation.
